Patch

Update devel/physfs to 3.0.1, same version as currently physfs-devel. These versions are fully compatible, so there's no need for physfs-devel at all. Since some newer games require version 3, having separate ports only introduce conflicts, so -devel should probably be removed as well.

Tested by building all dependent ports and playtesting some games (neverball, supertux2, lincity-ng, hedgewars).

Note that I've also fixed some problems in physfs-devel recently:
