Update to the latest version of suil which fixes issues
with QT5 support, e.g. ardour5 crashes when opening the
plugins editor of the lv2 plugins drumkv1, samplv1 and padthv1.

Added lv2 to RUN_DEPENDS according to https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=234334

Removed default support for QT4 as to my knowledge no lv2 plugin
nor lv2 host exists which is not also available as a QT5 version.
