I have just submitted PR 251894 which could solve this, if your port supports HDF5 1.12.0: https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=251894 (In reply to Thierry Thomas from comment #1) My problem is with science/py-netCDF4 which cannot find the library itself as there is no .pc file. Thanks for the patch. I will try to give it a shot once it lands in the tree. Any updates? Ping (In reply to Daniel Engberg from comment #4) Oops. Sorry I forgot about this. I am a bit confused with all the works with bug #251894. Can you tell me which patch I should actually try my port? (In reply to Muhammad Moinur Rahman from comment #5) See https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=251894#c21 But it was not approved by sunpoet (maintainer). (In reply to Thierry Thomas from comment #6) As the other patches are not obsoleted so I am taking your last patch which is from https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=251894#c19 Will keep you posted on updates here. dizzy@ Can you refresh the patch please? Makefile fails to be patched. bofh@ What patch? I'm not a user or consumer of this port, I'm just trying to clean up PRs in bugzilla. science/hdf5 provides .pc now. See bug 265152. |
