Recently we upgraded security/openconnect to version 8.02 in bug 234839.  None of us actually paid attention to the release notes which noted a dependency on a new feature in vpnc-scripts, so that needs to be updated.

The latest upstream tarball is ftp://ftp.infradead.org/pub/vpnc-scripts/vpnc-scripts-20190117.tar.gz. I've updated/installed the port locally and it works fine, at least with OpenConnect.
