diff file for bectl(8)

I added some wording to bectl(8) to clarify the functionality of the activate -t option/flag. The current wording is a little terse and I think makes it too easy to overlook the fact that the BE is only temporary for the next boot. The diff just adds a little more definition to the -t flag. Please consider the change.

I think that the original wording "this takes effect only for the next boot" is clear enough for its purpose.
