It also: - Changes some hardcoded paths from /etc/urbackup to ${PREFIX}/etc/urbackup - Adds a note to UPDATING about the foregoing path change - Uses sqlite3, lua, and lmdb from ports tree, rather than embedded Passes portlint and poudriere build test.
