The machine with not boot with a operating sytems and it will not let me boot from a floopy or cd. It freeze and won't let me in the BIOS either. My manchine is toast because of 4.1

Fix: 

please send me a floppie size fix.
How-To-Repeat: don't install with out a dummie manuel
