Update to 1.0, revised patch
This fixes a build failure when NLS disabled and the pre-patch target to change the libc name which apparently was adopted upstream.

Created attachment 202516 [details] Patch to upgrade x11/terminator to 1.0 Here is a patch to upgrade x11/terminator to Terminator 1.0. It seems 1.0 is the latest version of Terminator which uses GTK2. The latest Terminator is 1.91. It is better to upgrade x11/terminator to the latest one. However, since it has been moved to use GTK3, it seems not easy to upgrade to 1.91.
