Upgrading from 4.0 to 4.2, several executable were not upgraded. The following files were found to be out-of-date and had to be installed by hand: bin/ed bin/ls bin/ps bin/red sbin/ifconfig sbin/init usr/bin/chfn usr/bin/chpass usr/bin/chsh usr/bin/du usr/bin/login usr/bin/netstat usr/bin/passwd usr/bin/telnet usr/bin/ypchfn usr/bin/ypchpass usr/bin/ypchsh usr/bin/yppasswd usr/lib/libtelnet.a usr/libexec/rshd usr/libexec/telnetd usr/sbin/inetd usr/sbin/ppp usr/sbin/pppd usr/sbin/syslogd usr/sbin/tcpdump Fix: : Unknown How-To-Repeat: Don't know if this is reproducable; encountered this once before in an upgrade.
