If developers can pull them codes for freebsd in github.com not SVN it is better than now. Many people don't know how to using SVN and the download speed is slow very much. And freebsd/freebsd has no issues for others, that's why? Does it's No bug in FreeBSD?

This question is more appropriate to ask on the mailing lists than on a bug/issue tracker.

I would suggest freebsd-questions [1] or freebsd-hackers [2], after reading: https://www.freebsd.org/doc/en/articles/freebsd-questions/
