shar of the new port

In the spirit of the existing, versioned grafana{,2,3,4,5} ports, attached is a tested and functional port of the latest Grafana v6.0.2.

I have left the maintainer the same as for the other grafana* ports, swills@FreeBSD.org, but if Steve doesn't wish to take on this port then I am happy to take responsibility.

Using the attached port I built the grafana6 under poudriere and
upgraded our grafana5 to grafana6. Everything looks good, thanks!

Checked my archives of FreeBSD mailing lists, and the latest post
I can find from swills is from November 2016. Perhaps the offer
by Robin should be gratefully accepted.

Shar of update port to 6.1.6

I agree, Grafana on FreeBSD is lagging behind.

I tried this port with Grafana 6.1.3 and I didn't have any problems with it.

I note there is a 6.2 update, can we:

- Get updated patches for this version
- MAINTAINER set to someone who would like to commit to maintaining this port
- Confirmation that the port passes QA (portlint & poudriere in particular)

grafana 6.2.1 poudriere & portlint log file

Tried to build with poudriere and it looks good.

portlint return some warning but I think it should be OK?
