State Changed From-To: open->closed As I already explained to you in private email, gdk-pixbuf is, right now, part of GNOME. It will disappear as an entity in its own right real soon now, being combined either into GTK 1.4/2.0 or a future release of (possibly) gnomelibs. Whilst it is possible to make this port not dependent on other GNOME libraries, doing so is likely to cause plenty of headaches that don't even come close to compensating for the non-GNOME "capability".
