(so many port depends on devel/hwloc, shall we ask for a exp-run for it ?)

Hi, maintainer:

Now there is hwloc2, we shall repocopy it from hwloc, we have 2 selects:

1 repocopy hwloc --> hwloc1 and update hwloc to 2.0.1
2 repocopy hwloc --> hwloc2 and keep hwloc as now

I suggest we select way 2, beacause many ports which depends on hwloc1 could not build with hwloc2, if we select way 1 we shall make big changes to ports tree.

How do you think about it ?

Regards,
wen

hwloc 2.0.3

The attached is hwloc 2.0.4 port.
However this port conflicts with hwoloc 1.11.13 (installs files into the same place).
Currently I don't have enough time to fix it.
