	Here is a new entry for IO DATA USB-ET/T, a USB ethernet device.
	USB-ET/T employs 'kue' chip.

How-To-Repeat: 
	cd /sys/dev/usb
	patch < __ATTACHED_BELOW__
	(and recompile your kernel)
