I have got e-mail message from update watching script from one of my servers with text:

Looking up update.FreeBSD.org mirrors... 3 mirrors found.
Fetching metadata signature for 11.2-RELEASE from update4.freebsd.org... done.

Files on mirror (11.2-RELEASE-p10) appear older than what
we are currently running (11.2-RELEASE-p11)!
Cowardly refusing to proceed any further.

Same problem with 12.0-RELEASE:
