There is an update available for PDFLib, which is available since february 2019. The current version is extremly outdated.

Current Version: 7.0.5
New Supported Version: 9.2.0

PDFLib and PDFLib Lite are two different products. The port is for the open source version, that reached its EoL with the 7.0.5 release.
