bash-completion-2.9,1.log

Still ongoing for quite some time, but I'm completely stumped here. gmake keeps hitting an error 1 but there's no actual error visible.

===>   Generating temporary packing list
gmake[1]: Entering directory '/wrkdirs/usr/ports/shells/bash-completion/work/bash-completion-2.9'
Making install in completions
gmake[1]: *** [Makefile:479: install-recursive] Error 1
gmake[1]: Leaving directory '/wrkdirs/usr/ports/shells/bash-completion/work/bash-completion-2.9'

This has consistent reproduction in multiple poudriere installs, 11 and 12, always aarch64.

It builds fine for me on 12.0 on real hw. Another qemu bug?

Please feel free to reopen this PR if it fails to build on real hardware.
