There is an error in the devel/php74-ffi Makefile.

$ sudo synth status

That's an understatement. devel/php74-ffi is missing entirely, but it is
hooked to the build in devel/Makefile. ;-)

Thank you for the PR! It is fixed now. This and some other errors, which have happend because of the needed cleanup. Its embarrassing, but finally done! :)
