Suggested addition, after the "kldload if_..." lines:

To make this change permanent and load the driver as a module at boot time, place the appropriate line of the following in loader.conf(5):

	   if_urndis_load="YES"
	   if_cdce_load="YES"
	   if_ipheth_load="YES"
