Update to 1.5.6

Changelog:

  * Update Lithuanian language name

Reporter is MAINTAINER. Set maintainer-approval attachment flag (to +) to signify maintainer approval. Attachment -> details -> maintainer-approval [+] or set flag during attachment upload
