Always repeatable on latest 12.1/i386 jail :(

Only affects FFMPEG=off which is non-default. Such a conrfiguration only exists to aid transitioning over API breakages when ffmpeg bumps major version.

Other architectures need to be tested as well. See -Wl,-z,notext usage in multimedia/ffmpeg.
