(1) probably isn't happening. (2) is already in tree: https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd/tree/master/sys/dev/vmware/pvscsi (3) is managed by the drm-kmod family of ports; drm-devel-kmod is associated with Linux 5.0, which may have some ice lake support; it seems support for more pciids maybe landed in 5.1 and I don't know when Intel considers the support functionally complete. (1) seems to basically be a shim around our 'sysctl dev.hwpstate_intel.{0..n}.epp=N' (present in CURRENT), FWIW.
