install headers

Adopt some tweaks from stable tcl86 port and install 'generic' and 'unix' tcl framework headers

Hi, why do you need them? With the 8.7 series I'm trying to keep as consistent as possible with upstream.

Ah, I understand this statement.
For legacy tcl/tk software better will be stay with 8.6 than. Will inform our programmers :)

Okay, this RP can be closed

For my tk87 PR extra headers install also can be skipped to, only update to 8.7a3

Let me know if there are legitimate use cases (such as extensions) that need those private headers to be installed. I'm not saying I won't do it if necessary :) Thanks!
