I want to try parsedmarc. Any reason this hasen't been accepted  after more than a year?

^Triage: Initial cursory review looks fine. Needs explicit QA (poudriere) confirmation. If the package has a test suite, the addition of a test target would be great.

Please forgive me if I'm wrong, as I'm quite noob to this, but AFAICT this package has no test suite.
