Build info is available at https://gitlab.com/swills/freebsd-ports/pipelines/120563663 The SIMH is under modified MIT license, with not advertising clause added: [Stdandard MIT license] + Except as contained in this notice, the name of the author shall not be used in advertising or otherwise to promote the sale, use or other dealings in this Software without prior written authorization from the author. so it's actually similar to BSD3clause. Similar, but not the same. This was at the instigation of the author himself. However, I am about to release the next version (I didn't want to muddy the waters by having two PRs active at the same time). The new version will have the author's own license. I am happy to close this PR now, as it has been overtaken by events. So, feel free to close with no action taken. I just checked license db and it appears that 'MIT' license tag represents both MIT(expat) and MIT(X11 3 clause) licenses, so I don't see any problems with this pr and will commit it shortly.
