Alpine patch for Maildir support is returning a 404.

The maildir patch lives on alpine.x10host.com, which is dead at the moment. The source code of alpine has no problem since it lives on github. The developer upstream is aware of the problem. So I'll wait for a while if this will be resolved upstream, and check the possibilities for a backup host.
