Created attachment 213258 [details] Patch files/pkg-message.in Once 245515 lands, this port will be the only one in the entire ports tree with non-UTF-8 metadata. While there's no requirement for it to be, it has tripped up more than one user trying to parse packatesite.yaml, and it would be nice to be consistent rather than have one odd line out of 31,529 using GB 18030 instead.
