After upgrading from 12.0-RELASE pkg xorg to 12.1-RELEASE using 12.1-REELASE system, AMD system cannot start Xorg.

I have other physical and virtual machines and all other works.

VT(vga): resolution 640x480
CPU: AMD E-450 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics (1646.53-MHz 686-class CPU)

@Reporter Can you provide additional information, including:

- Exact FreeBSD version (uname -a output)
- pkg version -v output (as an attachment)
- Whether you are using packages or ports, and what version (quarterly or latest?)
- Any errors, messages or logs associated with xorg failing to start (as an attachment)

I updated to the latest 12 release pkg last night and that version worked.

Newer version of Xorg since 12.1-relase hadn't worked on this specific hardware.

I cannot specify particular root cause but am happy this hardware started working again.
