When trying to build py-sphinx using python37 it failed due to the following missing dependencies:

py37-alabaster
py37-snowballstemmer
py37-imagesize
py37-requests

Manually installing these allowed the port to build.

Hi.

I couldn't reproduce this on a clean env and `make install` from ports.

Could you give more details?
