Could you provide more info? What is failing, and how did you determine the root cause? I think that I tried to run `make check` in usr.bin/sed but it wouldn't work without kyua being available in /usr/local/bin. Kyua from ports should not be necessary anymore as we have it in the base system already.
Basically, I think that the variable KYUA in suite.test.mk should not be set to ${LOCALBASE}/bin/kyua anymore.
