Thanks for your patch.
I've tested this last week and today.
Unfortunely I was only able to test on AMD64, but it all looks fine; also when installing knot-resolver.
I've adjusted one minor thing;
python as dependency for docs, as reported in PR 243374
The patch does not build: 121 [00:00:05] Error: dns/knot2 depends on nonexistent origin 'python'; Please contact maintainer of the port to fix this. I think it needs DOCS_USES= python. Ups. It needs DOCS_USES=python:build.
