The license page at http://www.freebsd.org/copyright/freebsd-license.html says:

... IN NO EVENT SHALL THE REGENTS OR CONTRIBUTORS ...

"REGENTS" should be "FREEBSD PROJECT".  Someone should have drank more coffee :)

Fix: 

Change it.
