Please consider remove this port. Since it mere existent is to provide a more updated and more stable version of CodeBlocks when CodeBlocks still stuck at version 17.12 for years. Now CodeBlocks has released their 20.03 version, this port is no longer needed.

  This port was created when there was a time when development did not produce new releases.
  However, with the update of devel/codeblocks to version 20.03, as indicated in the PR, it is no longer useful to maintain this version.
