That section, likely a short one, could just mention mandoc -T lint and using igor, but would still be useful to those (like me) making their first foray into manual page writing or revising.

Thanks, and belated thanks to fernape@ for <https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-doc/commit/59e3915e5ca57b7a1be87a01f909929d554d6626> – I did find the current section of the primer very useful, in recent weeks, after I began learning about mdoc.
