Update to dnsdist 1.5.0

Reworked the Lua options. You can now choose from Lua, LuaJIT and LuaJIT-openresty.

QA:
portlint: OK (1 warning about pkg-descr being too long)
testport: OK (12.1, amd64)

Also added options for CDB and LMDB Key Value stores. Forgot to mention that in my previous comment
