Update to 3.0.1 - Change previous options to hard dependencies
The options PAR2, UNRAR & YENC have been removed and their dependencies moved to RUN_DEPENDS
In the 3.0.0 release notes is a mention that these tools are now required for sabnzbdplus to work and are no longer optional.

Reuploaded the original patch by mistake, fixed.
