ACPI(4) describes debug.acpi.disabled but does not mention apei in the list of ACPI sub-devices and features.  Stable/12 currently has a bug that requires disabling apei until the fix migrates from head.  This is related to https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=248746

Mention that if debug.acpi.disabled is set to apei,
ACPI Platform Error Interface will be disabled.
