Didn't really see a reason to have `wheel` in `setup.cfg`, so this seemed like the quickest way.

Tested various pubkey key operations with the newly built port (under poudriere) :-).

Q/A: patch did not apply cleanly. Would you mind checking it?

Oh my, spot on: I used the paste as attachment feature.

Thank you for the pointer, I would have been super confused trying to find the origin for that (I think it's happened in the past too! So, now I know).
