Like #240657 but for v19. There are also @@ macros showing up in the actual web UI; the Makefile appears to be doing one-off replacements rather than using CMake (is there a reason for that? I haven't gotten very far into package building).

- it was changed on latest version of bareos19-webui and bareos-webui ports. I close this PR. Thanks!
