In future, I will try to make Release Notes available in the URL.

This release has already gone into Arch Linux as it is, so must do without the Release Notes in FreeBSD as well.

Just for reference, the changes in this release are:

1) Whole BSD family (not just FreeBSD) is now accepted as a supported OS.
2) Assertions do not require any additional mandatory arguments.

I think this version will be the final release of chkascii. There should be no more releases, unless somebody files a bug report.

This patch is queued to build in 13-current. I will commit it shortly.
