Patch to fix mouse review for GTK text widgets

Hi,
After the update to GTK+ 3.24.24, Orca stopped providing feedback when reviewing the screen with the mouse when you, for example, used the XFCE or Gnome terminals. This means that terminals and other widgets were unusable as you could only hear the current line.
Attached is a small patch that fixes this issue.
The patch is taken from this Orca commit:
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/orca/-/commit/5bce42cca6dd768099c9e02c07c5dabd69e26079

I would say this patch is important; but then again, I'm depending on Orca to be able to use my desktop.

All the best,

Peter.

Hi,
This bug is also fixed once Orca is updated to 3.38.2 - Orca 3.38.2 has been released upstream.

All the best,

Peter.
