Clarification ============= My comment #3 was with reference to the page as it currently appears (captured: <https://archive.vn/RMKNe>), which, amongst other things: * refers to <https://www.freebsd.org/relnotes/..releases/> (not found) for RELEASE notes * uses the phrase 'STABLE Release' * refers to <https://www.freebsd.org/relnotes/12-STABLE/relnotes/> (not found). Thoughts ======== If relnotes.html – the primary link at <https://www.freebsd.org/releases/> – is a maintenance burden, and if its intended content already appears elsewhere: * maybe relnotes.html should be removed (with a corresponding edition to <https://www.freebsd.org/releases/>). |
