Update devel/jna to 5.6.0

This has been lightly tested with Neo4j 4.2. Motivation is to eventually update the databases/neo4j.

Could you include it as an attachment (patch) so that it can be approved (no maintainer). If you can confirm it passes QA, that would be fantastic [1].

They've release 5.7.0 now, will need to start again.
