	The miscellaneous CD drivers listed in LINT are vendor specific, 
	and don't mention that they are for the proprietary (non-ATAPI)
	drives that those vendors used to produce.

	All the vendors now produce ATAPI-compliant CD devices that can
	use the stock 'atapicd' driver.
