Patch for libjson-rpc-cpp

Marked broken in 2020 Oct, no response from maintainer or other PRs created regarding this port also appears to be abandoned upstream.

As nothing is depending on it, I'm fine with deleting it.

Looks like the author has abandoned that one in favor of a from-scratch rewrite https://github.com/jsonrpcx/json-rpc-cxx
