The FreeBSD 13.0-RELEASE Hardware Notes (https://www.freebsd.org/releases/13.0R/hardware/) still mentions many devices that the FreeBSD 13.0-RELEASE Release Notes (https://www.freebsd.org/releases/13.0R/relnotes/) says have been removed.

Ethernet: de, ed, ep, ex, fe, pcn, sf, sn, tl, txp, vx, wb, xe
Crypto: ubsec
USB: ufm
WAN: ctau, cx
Parallel: vpo

It also does not mention new devices that have been included in 13 E.g. qat or the Tier-1 changes for arm64.

    Remove from hardware notes devices removed from the 13.0 release

    10/100 Ethernet drivers like de, ed, ep, ex, etc. and other drivers were
    removed from FreeBSD in 13.0, but they were still included in the 13.0
    hardware notes; remove them now.

    While there is not a great deal of value in updating this after 13.0 is
    past EOL it is a small improvement in consistency and the list of
    drivers was already available in the referenced PR.

We won't update the hw notes for EOL 13.0 to mention those, but should ensure that they are included in 13.3.
