I don't know if this is a Phabricator issue or our issue (or my mistake), but Phabricator does not appear to show deleted files based on Git commits for Ports.

I remember deleting files from the branch, but Phabricator did not pick up the deleted files.

There might not be enough information, but wanted to ask: was that differential created by arc?
