Two problems:

* The pocl package requires all its build dependencies.  It looks like there's been some back and forth on RUN_DEPENDS, see bug #252522.

* lang/pocl has a DOCS option, but there's no trace of them in the package, though the option is on.  Nothing's listed in pkg-plist.

environment is FreeBSD 13.0, pkg+http://pkg.FreeBSD.org/${ABI}/latest

This problem is, mutually, solved in with PR 275844  .
