Trying to build www/grafana7 from 2021Q1 quarterly ports branch fails with a checksum mismatch for `grafana-loki-v1.6.0_GH0.tar.gz`.

This sort of thing seems to have been an issue before, see: https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=251289

As this time again, there's a newer version of www/grafana7 in HEAD, I'd expect just bumping that into the quarterlies is going to fix the issue again.

What is the root cause of the checksum failure? 

Fixing these issues shouldn't require a version update.
