13.0-RELEASE

Lenovo G400 Qualcomm Atheros QCA8172 cannot get any IP address form routes. I try 2 routers, all failed of them. And I try to set static IP, also cannot ping any host. It's works well in FreeBSD 12.2 release.

- /var/run/dmesg.boot output (as an attachment)
- pciconf -lv output (as an attachment)
- /etc/rc.conf contents (as an attachment)
- Any relevent errors from /var/log/messages (as an attachment)

QCA8172 is a wired not a wireless chipset.  Correct "Component".
